Robert Sparks Attorneys managing partner, Robert Sparks, has been named to the 2019 list of ’10 Best Attorneys’ for Client Satisfaction by the American Institute of Personal Injury Attorneys.
In order to be eligible for this recognition, an attorney is formally nominated by the Institute, a client and/or a fellow attorney, and must show a record of professional achievement and a high degree of success, accompanied by an impeccable client satisfaction rating.
As managing partner and lead trial attorney for the personal injury division of his firm, Sparks has recovered millions of dollars on behalf of his clients in both state and federal courts, including a brain injury case that resulted in the highest single accident award in Hillsborough County history and the 62nd highest jury verdict nationwide in 2017.
In 2018, Sparks recovered a confidential settlement for an elderly woman who was severely injured on the property of an entertainment venue. The settlement was reached the Friday before a jury trial was set to begin, and after Sparks and his trial partner, Christopher Codling, had litigated the negligence case for more than three years while the venue ownership fought the victim’s claims. Also last year, Sparks litigated two additional head injury cases which resulted in confidential policy limit insurance settlements for two clients who were injured when the car they were passengers in was hit by a driver who ran a red light. Both passengers suffered multiple injuries in the incident, including head trauma, neck, back and shoulder injuries.
