With trial set, Rob and Chris were able to secure the $7 million dollar settlement, which will fund a trust, and ensure their client receives all necessary medical care, now and in the future.

Robert Sparks and Christopher Codling recovered $1,900,000 arising from a wrongful death lawsuit filed on behalf of their client. The recovery arose from a fatal car collision and a lawsuit that included multiple parties. The firm’s personal injury trial team litigated the case for more than three years leading up to trial before an out-of-court confidential settlement was reached.

Robert Sparks recently achieved a $1.5 Million wrongful death settlement. Robert, along with Nancy LaVista from Clark Fountain LaVista Prather Keen & Littky-Rubin, represented the surviving husband in a tragic medical malpractice/wrongful death case in which a wife and mother lost her life after medical complications following the birth of her third child.
