Robert Sparks, recovered a $75,000 insurance settlement on behalf of his client for pain and suffering caused when he flew off of his motorcycle and into the back window of another driver. The crash happened on Gulf Blvd in St. Petersburg Beach when a driver abruptly came to a complete stop with no cause in front of a motorcycle driver causing the motorcycle to strike the back of the vehicle and propelling the motorcycle driver into the back window of the stopped car. The impact resulted in a concussion, neck and back injuries and abrasions for the motorcycle victim.
