Robert Sparks, recovered a more than $48,000 insurance settlement on behalf of his clients for pain and suffering caused by a vehicle that rear ended them. The married couple had stopped on US 41 because of a traffic related to another accident when the vehicle approaching them from behind failed to stop and rear ended their car, resulting in a multi-vehicle collision. The impact resulted in various neck, shoulder, back and chest injuries to the two individuals.
