Robert Sparks, has recovered a $40,000 insurance settlement on behalf of his client for pain and suffering caused when a vehicle coming out of an apartment complex collided with her vehicle. The victim was driving down Himes Ave when the defendant came out of an apartment complex, failed to yield right of way to oncoming traffic and cut in front of her vehicle to get onto Himes Ave. The collision was significant enough to cause both vehicles’ airbags to deploy. The impact resulted in the victim suffering injuries to her head, back, neck, arms and right leg.
