Robert Sparks, recovered a $28,000 insurance settlement on behalf of his client for pain and suffering endured as a result of a motorcycle collision. The accident victim was driving his motorcycle down a highway when another vehicle failed to give him the right of way and turned left in front of him, striking his motorcycle. He suffered neck, back, shoulder, wrist and knee pain due to the impact of the collision.
