Robert Sparks, recovered a $25,000 insurance settlement on behalf of his client for pain and suffering endured as a result of an auto collision. The accident victim was rear-ended by a second vehicle as he attempted to make a left hand turn onto a highway onramp. The victim endured lower back pain and neck pain, including a bulging and herniated disc due to the collision.
