Robert Sparks, recovered a $200,000 insurance settlement on behalf of his client for pain and suffering endured as a result of an auto collision. The accident victim was hit from behind by a commercial vehicle as he rode his bicycle across the Courtney Campbell Causeway. He was hospitalized with a head injury that required 30 staples, a broken arm, and lacerations requiring stitches to several areas on his back and torso.
