Christopher Codling, recovered a $60,000 insurance settlement on behalf of his client for pain and suffering endured as a result of an auto collision. The accident victim was a passenger in a vehicle that was at a complete stop, as the slow traffic in front of the vehicle began to proceed through a green light. A second vehicle coming up behind her failed to slow down adequately and rear-ended the vehicle she was in. The victim suffered neck, mid and lower back and shoulder pain as a result of the impact.
