Christopher Codling, recovered a $45,000 insurance settlement on behalf of his client for pain and suffering caused when a truck crashed into the side of the vehicle in which our client was a passenger. The incident took place on 21st Street and Columbus Avenue in Tampa when a tow truck driver was unable to stop at a red light and t-boned a vehicle crossing through the intersection in the opposite direction. The impact resulted in the passenger suffering lower back, neck, shoulder, wrist and thigh injuries.
