Robert Sparks, recovered a $50,000 insurance settlement on behalf of his client for pain and suffering endured as a result of an auto collision. The accident victim was hit head on in her vehicle when another vehicle traveling in the opposite direction swerved into her lane. The collision caused the victim to suffer arm pain, headaches, dizziness and anxiety about driving and traveling. The other driver was arrested for DUI at the scene of the crash.
