Christopher Codling, recovered a $30,000 insurance settlement on behalf of his client for pain and suffering endured as a result of an auto collision. The accident victim was slowing with traffic to allow a police vehicle to pull over when a second vehicle coming up behind her failed to slow down adequately and rear-ended her vehicle. The victim suffered headaches and pain in her neck and on the right side of her body as a result of the collision.
