Robert Sparks, has recovered a $100,000 insurance settlement on behalf of his client for pain and suffering caused when a vehicle collided with his client as he crossed the street on foot. The victim was crossing Nebraska Ave. in Hillsborough County when a vehicle driving northbound on the same street failed to yield right of way to the pedestrian, who was struck by the vehicle. The impact resulted in a head injury, fractured legs, left arm injury and brain injuries to our client.
