Chris Codling, recovered a $50,000 insurance settlement on behalf of his client for pain and suffering endured as a result of an auto collision. The accident victim’s vehicle was hit on the driver’s side by another driver who ran through a stop sign. The victim suffered neck, chest, hip, side and shoulder pain due to the impact of the crash.
