Robert Sparks, recovered a $30,000 insurance settlement on behalf of his client for pain and suffering endured as a result of an auto collision. The accident victim was rear-ended on the highway when a second vehicle failed to slow adequately when coming upon stopped traffic. The victim endured back and neck pain, as well as pain along his left arm and leg due to the incident.
