Quick on the heels of the massive sinkhole in the Windermere neighborhood of Orlando last week, another large hole has opened in Central Florida. This time, Jonesville, Florida is the site of the catastrophic ground collapse. Luckily, both of these holes have opened next to, and not directly under, homes. This new sinkhole stretches 80 feet long by 40 feet wide. Witnesses noticed that a cooler and barbeque grill fell into the sinkhole. The homeowner's 24 foot shed, and pool are perilously close to the expanding hole.
