Deposition Rule #3 for Florida Divorce
Deposition Rule #3 for Florida Divorce is: Do Not Bring Anything With You to the Deposition.
Any expert Tampa divorce lawyer will tell you that you, of course, may bring your usual personal items to your deposition. You should not, however, bring any notes or other documents.
Anything that you refer to at your family law deposition must be shown to the other divorce lawyer upon request. If you don't want everyone to see it, you should not bring it into the building.
