Christopher Codling, has recovered a $70,000 insurance settlement on behalf of his client for pain and suffering and permanent loss of mobility caused when the client broke her ankle on the property of a veterinarian clinic. The victim was walking into the veterinarian’s office when she inadvertently walked into a grass covered hole. The veterinary clinic denied they were responsible for leaving the hole where a fence had been removed and said it was the client’s fault for not looking where she was walking. The fall resulted in the client having surgery to repair her badly broken ankle.
