Robert Sparks has recovered $650,000 for his client who was injured in a multiple vehicle accident. The chain event crash at a stoplight caused the victim to suffer injuries in her neck, back and shoulder that required two spinal surgeries to correct. After resolving the case against the defendant driver for the maximum insurance coverage which was insufficient to cover all damages, Rob filed a lawsuit against his own client’s insurance company for their refusal to fairly adjust and compensate his client’s damages. The insurance company initially offered the victim $20,000, which did not come close to covering the medical expenses resulting from the injuries. After more than 4 years of litigation and with a trial date set, the insurance company finally agreed to the settlement amount to cover medial expenses, pain and suffering.
