Robert Sparks and Christopher Codling have recovered $550,000 for their client in a negligence lawsuit. The lawsuit was brought after the defendant denied both liability and damages. Within eleven months of filing suit the Parties were able to reach a confidential settlement and avoid an impending trial. The settlement included resolution of economic and non-economic damages brought on behalf of their client which included pain and suffering and the impact of the quality of life for both their clients.
