Christopher Codling and Robert Sparks, recovered a $50,000 insurance settlement on behalf of his client for pain and suffering endured as a result of an auto collision. The accident victim was rear-ended during a three-car collision on the highway when the final car failed to slow adequately when coming upon stopped traffic. The victim endured back and neck pain due to the incident.
