Robert Sparks, recovered a $50,000 insurance settlement on behalf of his client for pain and suffering caused when the client’s vehicle was rear-ended by a drunk driver on Gibsonton Drive in July 2016. The at-fault driver was cited for careless driving and was arrested for driving under the influence after he rear-ended the victim going at a speed of 55 mph.
