Robert Sparks, has recovered a $50,000 insurance settlement on behalf of his client for pain and suffering caused when another vehicle rear ended his client. The incident took place at a red light at Jim Redman Parkway and West Alexander Street in Plant City and the impact was forceful enough to throw the car’s gearshift into park from the drive position, although the air bags did not deploy. The victim suffered injuries to her neck, back, shoulder and chest.
