Robert Sparks and Chris Codling, recovered a $50,000 insurance settlement on behalf of his client for pain and suffering endured as a result of an auto collision. The accident victim’s vehicle was on the rear-ended on the driver’s side of her vehicle while stopped. She suffered injuries to her neck, back and left-side extremities due to the impact of the crash.
