Robert Sparks and Chris Codling, recovered a $350,000 wrongful death settlement on behalf of a family who lost their father in a fatal automobile accident. Tragically, while the victim was driving his motorcycle, a distracted motorist in a pickup truck failed to give the victim right-of-way, at which time the victim was struck by the truck and died on the scene. Although the accident occurred in Georgia, the victim’s family retained Mr. Sparks after facing significant delays in the investigation and resolution of the wrongful death claim. Within weeks of Mr. Sparks undertaking representation of the case, both the defendant insurance company and underinsured motorist carrier tendered their full insurance policies.
