Christopher Codling, recovered a $20,000 insurance settlement on behalf of his client for pain and suffering endured as a result of an auto collision. The accident victim was in her stalled vehicle on the road with her hazard lights flashing when a bus rear-ended her. The driver of the bus was on his cellphone at the time of the collision.
