Robert Sparks, has recovered a $100,000 insurance settlement on behalf of his client for pain and suffering when a semi-truck hit his vehicle, causing a five-car collision. The victim was exiting the I-4 onto the I-75 when a semi-truck rear-ended him and caused a five-car pile-up on the interstate. Initially identified in the police accident report as the driver who caused the collision, Sparks investigated the case and proved that the semi-truck driver was at fault. The collision resulted in head, neck, shoulder, back and neck injuries to the victim, including 16 forehead stitches.
