Robert Sparks and Chris Codling, recovered a $100,000 bodily injury settlement on behalf of his client who sustained spinal injuries in a traffic accident in February 2015. A passenger in a vehicle that was hit when a second vehicle attempted to make a left hand turn in front of it, the victim suffered permanent injuries to her neck and back. Sparks’ team investigated the case, ensured the client received the best possible medical care and treatment, and was able to establish fault on behalf of the other driver. Shortly thereafter, the defendant’s insurance company conceded it’s full $100,000 insurance policy for the accident victim.
